EazyPay
takes bills payments and prepaid services to a new
level |
|
|
| |
| Zenith Bank through its EazyPay
scheme has taken service/bill and prepaid payments
to a new level in Nigeria. From the first week of
July, 2005, Nigerians will be able to use their Interswitch
enabled debit cards to pay for their bills as well
as purchase prepaid tokens right from the comfort
of their offices and living rooms. |
| |
| The scheme that has made this
possible is the EazyPay. EazyPay is hassle free and
convenient to use. All that a user/customer is are
required to do is register
online. After setting up an EazyPay account, the user
can configure as many payments as possible within
the EazyPay scheme. |
| |
| All debit cards on the Interswitch network can use the EazyPayNigeria.com e.g Zenith EazyCard. |
|
| |
| EazyPay provides a payment link between the merchant and the subscriber. It ensures that the merchant receives the payment made by the subscriber (usually within 24 hours). A full accounting, reconciliation and reporting service is included in this process.
|
| |
| To pay an EazyPay merchant, the subscriber needs the Utility Service Number that appears on the bill presentment document of the subscribers merchant. This number can either be the subscriber’s DSTV decoder number (Multichoice), NITEL service account number, Meter account number (for NEPA), or some other number as defined by the merchant. |
