What do I do if I lose my UserName or Password?
Your User Name and Password constitute a unique secret
key-pair to all your accounts, prepaid services, and
payments made to these. Anyone who has access to this
key-pair can access all your accounts, including the
history of all payments made on these accounts. The
only other mandatory information we have about you is
your name and e-mail address, which many other people
may also know.
If you lose both your User Name and Password you will
need to send us a copy of your ID, together with an
original document of each of the accounts and services
that you have registered with EazyPay Nigeria. If these
match a User in our system, we will then, at our discretion,
send your UserName and a new temporary password to the
e-mail address that is registered to that User. This
procedure has been set up for your protection.
The same procedure applies if you lose your User Name.
If you lose only your password, you may send us your
User Name and we will generate a new temporary password
and send it to the e-mail address registered to that
User Name.
